Cayucos Pier with Eva
Thanksgiving!
We had a great (even though it was a sick house) Thanksgiving this year. I must say my mom and I were quite a team in the kitchen! This was our best year by far! We had a potluck...Mike and Suzanne brought mashed potatoes and veggies. Grandpa Joe contributed (in his absence even!) roll, 2 pies and Cool Whip. Grandpa Ray brought a beautiful dish (that I got to keep, yippie!) of almonds.
My mom and I prepared a turkey breast, a spiral cut ham, candied yams, green bean caserole w/ our own homemade mushroom sauce and Paula Dean's country stuffing. I will definetely be holding on to these recipies. Corny, I know, but here are some pictures! :)

Leave it to Nicolas!
We have been doing a lot of walking around in the local shops...Nicolas loves to show me what he wants. To ward of tantrums..I have been telling him I will take a picture & send it to Santa.
So here is one of them...according to the tag it is a dinosaur puppet...uh, ok. Looks part cheetah or leopard to me! Strange...glad I have a picture for Santa, he'd never believe me!
